November’s First Friday

This month we had several different wonderful Work at Home Mothers (WAHM) and the incredibly talented Chad Pessarra join us. We love supporting and bringing awareness to local artisans and creatives, so this night couldn’t have gone any better.

The WAHM event set up shop in the corner of the market at 1 pm until 4 pm and then again from 6-9pm to showcase all of their beautiful creations. All of these women are mothers who work from home and craft quality goods to sell either online or at pop-up events such as this. From mugs, to adorable prints, to accessories these women had it all!

Upstairs Chad Pessarra was featuring his ceramic exhibition titled  Experiential Growth which consisted of everything from large vases, to perfectly sized mugs. With a neutral color palette he created a collection that was anything but basic. His work possesses a sense of movement that is unparalleled and captivates the eye. Sparkling wine and infused water was offered, along with an impressive spread of savory cheese balls and sweet desserts. Live music was provided by local musicians Sam Johnson and Brianna Price to complete the atmosphere for the event.
